We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bi-lingual: fluent in English and Spanish - Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate shipping and receiving processes, and optimal team performance. This role is vital in maintaining seamless logistics flow, supporting e-commerce fulfillment, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall warehouse productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive warehouse experience, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. Responsibilities: Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management processes utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain precise stock levels.
• Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely order fulfillment for e-commerce and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) clients.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and enhance safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage team performance by providing training, guidance, and support in warehouse procedures, forklift operation, heavy lifting techniques, and mechanical knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to OSHA standards and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to streamline shipping & receiving operations and improve overall logistics efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly through inventory management practices and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for accurate data entry, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and implementing innovative solutions.

Experience: Warehouse Supervisor:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse environment.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, logistics, materials handling, and shipping & receiving processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting with diverse responsibilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, and other relevant software tools such as OSHA safety standards.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of forklift operation, heavy lifting techniques, and equipment maintenance.
• Prior experience working within e-commerce or 3PL logistics environments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process optimization.
