Job Description Job Description Title: Traveling Finish Carpenter State: Colorado Reports to: Facilities Manager Supervises: N/A FLSA: Non-Exempt Department : Facilities and Maintenance Revision/Creation Date: January 1, 2026 Pay Range: $30.00- $40.00/Hourly Position Mission :Complete the final changes on trim and carpentry work for different construction projects. Responsibilities Include: Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc. Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations Completes other repairs as needed. Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Required Skills,Knowledgeand Abilities: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (required for operating a company vehicle). Experience working in carpentry in the restaurant industrypreferred. 2+ years of experience in finish carpentry is a must. Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects, balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. Works well under pressure and tight timelines The ability to work weekends and travelasneeded.  Travel potentially up to 90% Other Attributes: Must be a self-starter, process and solutions focused Enthusiastic and strong driver of the company’s Mission and Core Values Remain positive in high pressure and stressful situations Demonstrates critical thinking,communicationand relationship-building skills Consistently takes initiative, works independently, sets priorities, makes judicious decisions, and meets deadlines.
