In this position...

The Core ADAS team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on driving the growth of BlueCruises Operational Design Domain as well as driving new ADAS features and foundational enablersenhancing the capabilities and user experience across the entire Ford lineup from performance vehicles like Mustangs to commercial trucks like the F-600.

Responsibilities

• What youll do...

• Drive the Operational Design Domain expansion of BlueCruise

• Serve as a cross-functional partner bridging engineering business and marketing to drive informed product decisions

• Translate customer needs into clearly defined technical requirements leveraging data and comprehensive industry knowledge to drive product refinement

• Support product benchmarking by analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to differentiate Fords ADAS offering through product superiority

• Implement innovative strategies to accelerate development reduce risk and enhance the overall product experience collaborating across the company to ensure full realization

Qualifications

Youll have...
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Physics Chemistry Math and etc.)
Strong data analysis skills: the ideal candidate will be able to reason data into implications
5 years of experience

Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization including strong documentation skills
A deep passion for your customers their needs and for building/shipping products to meet these needs
Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from: $112680 - $234000

This position is hybrid (onsite four days per week) for candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub.
