REGIONAL CDL-A DRIVER – WEEKLY HOME TIME | $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Looking for a high-paying regional driving opportunity with weekly home time and consistent freight? Join a dedicated account running out of Front Royal, VA and earn top weekly pay while staying active and moving steady freight.
PAY & BONUSES
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300+
• Top Drivers Earn: Up to $2,000/week
• Average Annual Pay: $89,000+
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $250 per full trailer unload
• $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
• $35 backhaul pay
• All-In Pay Package: Up to $1.30 per mile including accessorials
CPM PAY SCALE (Based on Experience)
• 0 Months – $0.60 CPM
• 12 Months – $0.61 CPM
• 24 Months – $0.63 CPM
• 36 Months – $0.65 CPM
• 48 Months – $0.70 CPM
• 60 Months – $0.71 CPM
• 84 Months – $0.72 CPM
• 120+ Months – $0.73 CPM
HOME TIME
• Home Weekly for a 34-hour reset
RUNNING AREA
Regional routes within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA including:
VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV
JOB DETAILS
• Dedicated account
• 100% touch freight
• Live unload deliveries to retail stores
• Average 1,100 miles per week
• 1–6 stops per trailer
• Minimum of 3 loads required weekly
• Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
TRAINING
• 1-week ride along with another driver
• Paid training at $150/day
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• CDL-A License
• Strong customer service skills and patience are a must
• Ability to handle physical unloading
• Drivers must bring two weeks of supplies to orientation
• Doubles endorsement preferred but not required
