Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hours vary due to travel. Candidate must be in office setting located in Western Region or Columbia, MO a minimum of two days a week including up to 50% travel as needed.
The Provider Trainer plays a key role in creating a consistent, supportive onboarding and training experience for providers across behavioral health, primary care, and dental services. This position equips physicians, advanced practice providers, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, and other clinical professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively use electronic health records, technology platforms, compliance resources, and organizational processes. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, the Provider Trainer promotes provider success, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
