Inbound / Putaway Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inbound / Putaway Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, unloading trailers, breaking down pallets, organizing inventory, and accurately storing products in designated warehouse locations while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Essential Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Unload trailers using safe material handling practices.
• Break down pallets and organize products for putaway.
• Accurately put away inventory into assigned warehouse locations.
• Operate RF scanners to receive and track inventory (if applicable).
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored.
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and productivity expectations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inbound, receiving, putaway, or warehouse operations is required.
• Experience unloading trailers and handling palletized freight.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to support business demand

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
