Job Summary and Responsibilities As our highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Spine Surgeon, you will join our well established, busy practice on the campus of St. Michael Medical Center located in Silverdale, WA. You will diagnose and treat a variety of conditions related to the spine, including back pain, neck pain, leg or arm pain and tingling, scoliosis, fractures of the spine, spinal tumors, and spinal infections.. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Spine Surgeon with exceptional surgical skills and a strong commitment to clinical superiority and patient-centered care. You will be joining a thriving practice at St. Michael Medical Center, collaborating with another experienced Orthopedic spine Surgeon. Inpatient care and surgery will be performed in our state-of-the-art facilities at St. Michael Medical Center. We are looking for an exceptional surgeon with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and a collaborative spirit to further enhance our orthopedic services. Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Perform a mix of clinic and operating room duties. Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month. Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff. Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists.
