Order Picker / Electric Pallet Jack OperatorLocation: Prince George, VAPay: $17/hourEmployment Type: Temp-to-PermSchedule: Full-Time

Now Hiring Order Pickers / Electric Pallet Jack Operators!

Qualified Staffing is hiring Order Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while operating an electric pallet jack and utilizing RF scanning technology.What You'll Do

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Pull, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
• Organize and stack products securely on pallets
• Assist with inventory movement and stock replenishment
• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and system updates
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Work collaboratively with warehouse leadership and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred
• Electric pallet jack experience required
• RF scanner experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
