Nursing Scheduler

Full Time | Day Shift

Nursing Scheduler Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous scheduling experience in assisted living, healthcare, or a medical office setting preferred
• Resident care experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems and applications
• CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

What you'll do as a Nursing Scheduler:

• Coordinate, maintain, and post nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
• Manage staffing changes, including PTO requests, call-ins, and agency staffing as needed
• Process payroll and review/approve timekeeping records and invoices
• Utilize and maintain scheduling software; serve as liaison with system vendors
• Support onboarding and training of staff on scheduling systems, attendance, and payroll processes
• Communicate staffing needs and provide administrative support to nursing leadership
