What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a new 10-bed Level I nursery
• Conduct daily rounds on newborns and manage deliveries upon request
• Stabilize and facilitate transports of newborns requiring higher-level care
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs, neonatologists, and support staff
• Support the setup and operational success of a new nursery unit
• Potentially assist at nearby Level III NICU in Gastonia, if interested
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of relevant NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and respond to call duties
• Strong neonatal assessment, stabilization, and transport skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality neonatal care
