Work closely with the team to refine and enhance the brand image, ensuring it resonates with the target audience of young consumers. Devise and implement creative offline and event marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and connect with the target demographic. Leverage strong connections in the industry to collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and celebrities for impactful marketing campaigns. Create and implement initiatives that foster meaningful connections with our young customer base, utilizing unconventional and experiential approaches. Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the industry. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in lifestyle brands, preferably with a focus on products like vape, kratom, cannabis, or similar. Strong industry connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and celebrities, demonstrated through successful project collaborations. Proficient in developing and executing offline and event marketing strategies to engage a young and dynamic audience. Ability to think outside the box and create unconventional marketing campaigns that resonate with the target demographic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
