We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role requires strong mechanical, assembly, or electronic aptitude and the ability to follow standard procedures to assemble and adjust components.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks using various tools provided in the work area.
• Utilize lifting devices to move heavy components (over 35 lbs).
• Inspect painted components for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Follow documented procedures, standard work instructions, routings, and blueprints to ensure safe and defect-free assembly.
• Apply CPS principles including 5S, Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively as a contributing team member.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to connect and assemble parts using hands or tools.
• Experience working in a team-based environment with a focus on quality and safety.
• Willingness to contribute to building a positive, team-focused culture.
