Based in sunny Southern California, our Retail Support Center (RSC ) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. The RSC is where strategy meets execution. From trend forecasting to tech innovation, our teams work together to bring the Tillys experience to life — both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Post Coverage and Monitor the physical security of all buildings through CCTV surveillance and routine interior and exterior foot patrols
• Uphold the employee parking program
• Assist with visitor access control protocols
• Uphold the company’s safety and compliance initiatives but not limited to weekly audits of fire/life safety equipment and work areas
• Participate in safety committee meetings and for employee safety compliance
• Assist in conducting loss prevention audits for the RSC and DC
• Respond to and document accidents and incidents in a timely manner
• Open and close the RSC/DC buildings as needed, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Assist in routine inventory management of equipment both incoming and outgoing
• Represent the department and support operations at company events, retail stores, RSC and DC
• Duties as assigned by Loss Prevention and Safety Manager

Qualifications

Your experience brings:

• Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong time management, organization skills, and ability to multitask
• Independent, self-motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Outlook (email); ability to use miscellaneous office equipment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two (2) years of loss prevention experience either DC or retail or equivalent security guard experience

Compensation

Hourly Range: $17-$19
Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

• • Schedule: Full-time role with weekday/weekends office hours; Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
