Restore is seeking an HR Assistant with strong sales and business development skills. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for health and wellness, we want to meet you.
As an HR Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our 6 Illinois locations with diverse staffing and team culture development. These include customer service, health and wellness education, and more. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all positions across the six studios.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program to set new hires up for success.
Ensure smooth transitions for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations during employee transitions.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist District Manager in organizing and delivering of workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities tailored to the needs of the organization.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
Understand every role in the facility.
Participate in the day to day business as a "wellness representative".
Travel to all six Illinois locations.
Interact face to face with clients and help maintain the studio.
