What You’ll Do:

Customer Engagement:

• Interact face-to-face with customers in retail locations and at local events
• Build rapport and deliver a positive, memorable customer experience

Brand Promotion:

• Represent top-tier clients and communicate product value clearly and confidently
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions

Sales & Marketing:

• Assist customers in selecting products and services that fit their needs
• Support campaign goals by driving sales and generating leads

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members and leadership to hit daily and weekly targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people daily
• Strong work ethic and a student mentality
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based growth

• No experience required — full training provided

Position Details:

• Location: In-person, retail and event-based settings in the Merrillville area
• Pay: Weekly base pay + bonuses + uncapped earning potential
