Corporate Treasurer

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

Position Summary:

The Corporate Treasurer leads RAA's global liquidity strategy, capital structure, investment portfolio, and financial risk management. The role ensures strong daily liquidity, responsible yield on excess cash, and operational agility while supporting broader enterprise goals. This leader partners closely with the CFO, Finance, Operations, and global teams, while delivering quarterly executive updates that clearly summarize cash, investments, risks, opportunities, and forward-looking insights. The Treasurer is also responsible for building a high-performing Treasury team and modernizing processes through technology, automation, and AI.

Essential Job Functions:

• Liquidity & Cash Optimization
  • Oversee daily cash management and ensure reliable liquidity for operations and vendor payments.
  • Lead weekly and 13-week cash flow forecasting; drive accuracy through tools and automation.
  • Optimize deployment of excess cash using short-duration investments or targeted debt paydown.
• Capital Structure & Financing
  • Manage credit facilities, covenant compliance, and banking relationships.
  • Support capital structure strategy for growth, acquisitions, and major investments.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and stress tests to ensure financial flexibility.
• Financial Risk Management
  • Oversee FX and interest rate risk; evaluate hedging strategies as needed.
  • Monitor counterparty credit strength and enforce exposure limits.
  • Lead corporate insurance program strategy and renewals.
• Working Capital & Operational Efficiency
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, and FP&A to improve cash conversion cycle performance.
  • Support optimization of vendor terms, payment timing, and collections.
  • Use technology (TMS, ERP integration, AI tools) to streamline reconciliations and reporting.
• Governance, Controls & Executive Reporting
  • Maintain strong Treasury policies, controls, and audit readiness.
  • Deliver quarterly executive updates outlining cash, liquidity, investments, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare Board-level materials as needed.
• Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, mentor, and develop a skilled Treasury team with clear goals and growth paths.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and analytical rigor.
  • Strengthen Treasury's role as a strategic partner across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8 -12+ years in Finance/Treasury, including leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage liquidity, short-term investments, credit facilities, and financial risk.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with TMS platforms, Excel, and modern productivity/AI tools.
• Executive-level communication skills and a strong business partnership mindset.
• CTP preferred; CFA/FRM/CPA a plus.
