Job Description
About the Role:
The Project Engineer (PE) provides disciplined documentation control, workflow execution, and decision support for Marian Construction’s project teams. This role is accountable for eliminating ambiguity, protecting production flow, and ensuring the Project Manager (PM) can lead cost, schedule, and client outcomes without distraction. The PE owns RFIs, submittals, meeting agendas and minutes, action extraction, document control, and closeout documentation tracking. The PE installs and operates the Project Engineer Standard Operating System (PE SOS) and ensures Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is the single source of truth. The PE does not own cost, buyout, or schedule commitments; instead, the PE ensures the information required to make those decisions is complete, timely, and verified.
