Compensation Salary: $115,786 - $156,652 per year. Requirements Must possess a minimum of 5+ years of related experience. US Citizenship is required. Experience supporting telephony, video, network, and/or other collaboration devices is necessary. Experience providing customer service and end‑user support. Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Minimum of four years' experience with AV technologies is desired. Additional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, WebEx, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber is preferred. Responsibilities Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as an AV Systems Engineer, tailoring cutting‑edge solutions to meet clients' unique requirements. Oversee the use, operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, and provide customer support for all audio‑visual equipment. Conduct conference room checks to ensure all equipment is online, functioning, and charged. Provide hands‑on technical support for all conference room meeting needs, including video, audio, WebEx connectivity, and laptop connections. Support customers during meetings with video teleconferencing and troubleshooting AV issues, while logging all transactions in ServiceNow.
