Associate Veterinarian - Milwaukie, OR

A well-established small animal practice in the Portland metro area is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, multi-doctor team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for companion animal patients
• Perform routine and elective surgical procedures
• Develop diagnostic and treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Effective communication and client education abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
